JULIE LEKSTROM HIMES’ short fiction has been published in Shenandoah, The Florida Review (Editor’s Choice Award 2008), Fourteen Hills (nominated for Best American Mysteries 2011), 42 Opus (story South Million Writers Notable Story 2008), The Massachusetts Review, Mid-American Review, Confrontation, Camera Obscura and elsewhere. Like Bulgakov, she is a physician as well as a writer.
LUKE SALISBURY is the author of The Answer Is Baseball and three works of fiction: The Cleveland Indian, Blue Eden, and Hollywood & Sunset, which was selected as Book of the Year by Online Review of Books & Current Affairs; won Best Historical Fiction 2006 from USA Book News; and was a finalist for ForeWord Magazine‘s Book of the Year for General Fiction.
IVY PAGE has taught all over the state of New Hampshire as a Professor of English; after receiving her MFA in Poetry, she started Organs of Vision and Speech Magazine, a poetry and art journal in 2009; and her first book of poetry Any Other Branch was published by Salmon in 2013. In 2014 she completed The CreativeWritingWorkshop: A Guidebook for the Creative Writer with Lisa Sisler, a textbook that continues to meet with much success in college classrooms. She has individual poems and interviews in a number of journals. She was honored to be nominated for the position of New Hampshire Poet Laureate in 2014.
