Ian Frazier discusses his latest book, HOGS WILD: SELECTED REPORTING PIECES

June 13, 2016 | 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Called “a master of both distilled insight and utter nonsense,” New Yorker contributor Ian Frazier is one of the finest chroniclers of contemporary America. HOGS WILD assembles a decade’s worth of his best essays and reportage, including a look at the relationship between feral hog populations and republican voting, a study of a New York City police detective who’s fascinated with rap-music-related crime, and more. In each discovery, HOGS WILD unearths the joy of inquiry without agenda and curiosity without calculation.

This event is free and open to the public.
