Join Belmont Books for an intimate evening with author MARY HOGAN whose new novel, Left: A Love Story was inspired by her real-life marriage to a man with early Alzheimer’s. With humor and insight, Mary will discuss the book, as well as her experiences spotting early signs of trouble, the perils of undiagnosed dementias, creative caretaking, nursing home vs. home care, and living, loving and coping when a loved one leaves you little by little.
MARY HOGAN will be in conversation with MARY BAUM, a certified dementia practitioner at Concord Park Assisted Living Facility who has an extensive background in this field.
