South Boston Writer ROSE SAIA at Story Space

ROSE SAIA is a storyteller & writer who grew up in South Boston. Her candor about her experiences there, and her family, bring listeners into moments that are both hopeful and raw.

Every Tuesday night is Story Space from 6:45 P.M to 9:00 P.M.

 Storytelling for all ages, levels, & experience in a friendly, cooperative venue where seasoned tellers and newcomers alike are received with full attention. Try out a new story or spin an old favorite. No Topics. No Competition. No Judging. Just Stories.

There is a $5 requested donation.

Signup for Open Telling (8-minute slots) 6:45 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.

Open Telling starts at 7:00pm sharp, followed by the Featured Teller.

MBTA Subway: Red Line (Davis Square Stop); About 5 blocks from Davis Sq. up College Ave — HS is a yellow house on the right. • MBTA Bus line:  Routes 94 and 96. • Parking: the HS parking area is not available before 7:00 PM. The driveway splits in two, take the left side. • Accessibility: Havurat Shalom is Handicap Accessible via a ramp in the rear • Food: Food is allowed, as long as it is Vegetarian or Dairy. No meat, please! • Allergy Free: HS is a Non-Smoking place. Also, please avoid wearing strong  scents such as perfume, cologne, or after shave.
