Bring one to three books in good condition (no textbooks or mass markets, please!) to swap with fellow attendees.
Everyone will go home with a new book to add to their shelves. This will operate like a white elephant gift exchange.
Admission is $5, which may be used as a voucher toward food and/or drink for the evening. Please arrive at 7 pm–that’s a firm start time, not the start of a time frame!
**Note: Please don’t bring books just to get rid of them! You will be asked to take home as many books as you came with!**

Certain books were “banned in Boston” at least as far back as 1651, when one William Pynchon wrote a book criticizing Puritanism.
