Join us for an afternoon with celebrated poet Edgar Allan Poe! A writer and literary critic whose work spans genres, Mr.Poe will regale us with a selection of gothic and romantic poetry and short stories. He will read excerpts from stories that feature female characters, as we embark upon a season of programming highlighting women’s history and suffrage. For a man whose writings defined the horror genre to visit the Meeting House in October is a treat indeed!
